Regular Hunting

Family
Married, with or without children, or single with children under 21

1. Full hunting and social privileges for member, spouse and children under age of 21.
2. May vote or hold office after the first year of membership (1 vote per family).
3. At the Masters’ discretion may also obtain and pay for hunting privileges for a groom compensated to hunt the member’s horse or to chaperone a minor in the hunting field. Grooms may only hunt once a week.

Single
Unmarried, no children under 21

1. Full hunting and social privileges.
2. May vote or hold an office after the first year of membership.

Student
Full time high school, college or grad school

1. Full hunting privileges for member and spouse.
2. Full social privileges for member and spouse.
3. May not vote or hold office.

Social

Non-Voting

1. Member and family invited to all social events including after hunt tailgates and Hunt Breakfasts.
2. Adults may hunt 5 times per season, with advance notice to the Masters.
3. Unlimited “Walk and Talks” /summer trail rides at no extra cost
4. Unlimited hunting for children under 18 (family membership only)
5. May not vote or hold office.

Voting

1. Member and family invited to all social events including after hunt tailgates and Hunt Breakfasts.
2. Adults may hunt 5 times per season, with advance notice to the Masters.
3. Unlimited “Walk and Talks” /summer trail rides at no extra cost
4. Unlimited hunting for children under 18 (family membership only)
5. May vote or hold office after the first year of membership (1 vote per family) and upon receipt of an Initiation Fee by the Treasurer.

Limited Associate

1. Must be full hunting member in good standing of another club and live outside of the Farmington area.
2. May hunt one day a week throughout the season.
3. May cap an additional 5x a season.
4. Invited to all social events.
5. Must renew intention to hunt annually upon invitation of the Masters.
6. This is an individal membership only
7. May not vote or hold office.

Non-Resident

1. Must live outside the state of Virginia.
2. May hunt 3 times a season.
3. May cap an additional 5x a season.
4. Welcome at all social events.
5. May not vote or hold office.

Fees & Dues

Capping Fees

Limit of 5 caps per person per season.

• Adults: $100
• Student: $25

Application Fee

For Regular Hunting and Social Members (nonrefundable, accompanies membership application)

• Student: $0
• Ages 21-29: $100 Ages 30 – 35: $100
• Age 36+: $300

Initiation Fee

For Regular Hunting and Social Members (one time, nonrefundable, due twelve months after membership approved)

• Student: $0
• Non-Voting Social: $0
• Ages 21-29: $150
• Ages 30-35: $400
• Age 36+: $700

Annual Dues

Regular Hunting Member

• Student:

  • Married: $325
  • Must be a student as of April 1st of the fiscal year.
• Ages 21-35*:
  • Single: $625
  • Family: $980
• Age 36+:
  • Single: $1700
  • Family: $2200

Social Member

• Age 21-35*: $450
• Age 36+:
  • Single: $650
  • Family: $825

Limited Associate Member

• Single: $750
• Family: $1000

Non-Resident Member

• $175

*Eligibility for age categories is determined by the age of the member (if single) or the oldest member (if a couple or family).

  • 30 days from first invoice received or on a quarterly basis.

  • Fourth Quarter: Due by March 31
